Mine will seriously not fit. The coupler fits INSIDE the MAF. I'll give it a shot tonight with the boiling water, KY method... but I'm pretty resigned to the fact that I'm gonna have to go w/sumthin' else, or use the stock MAF for a week or so until I work out the problem.

The first day or two I think I'm gonna just drive it around with the wastegate disconnected to make sure everything is cool. I'm also pretty sure I'm going to put the BOV on the hot-side pipe. I know this debate goes round-and-round, but I see guys doing it both ways and w/low boost I can't see how it would matter.

I'm headed after work to the hydraulic shop to have them make my oil feed line. I know it's an M10x1.5 fitting for the block, and a 4an line is recommended. I'll just take the turbo in w/me to make sure I get the right fitting for that end.

YOU GUYS WITH THE BEGI MANIFOLD. What length of feed line are you running and how do you route it.
Do you go under the DP and up the fender side, or around the back of the DP along the firewall and then forward, or along the block and up between the manifold and turbo... where do you run it?

I would think that the shortest route would to come STRAIGHT out of the block, and then under the DP up the fender side of the turbo and use a banjo bolt at the turbo oil inlet. You'd have to make sure the line would stay clear of the DP and turbine housing, ie, not touch it. Suggestions?

I run mine straight off the block, then up behind the DP (tranny side), zip tied along the heater hose / brake line area, then around the wall and up into the turbo. It was either 36" or 48", can't remember.

I know I'm late on this post, but seriously that "cooking" couplers picture was awesome. Your wife must have thought you were crazy when you told her you were going to do that :)
