So do you all think that this would be a good investment for a BEGi S turbo kit?

I have no IC and only plan on running a max of 12 PSI... It's all stock internals and an automatic car... so I cannot go too high in power anyhow.

What do you all think? Is it worth the time and effort or should I just go full custom e-bay IC? (tight budget really since my big $$$ is for the MS.)

Cheers!
Matt

If you want to make custom pipes i would do it.

Although I wonder how close the piping from the old FM2 kits would be

Cool, ordered one just now... looks like a great deal to me; now I just need to fab some pipes. Any suggestions on a fairly good "piece meal" kit out there? Seems that Stripes is no longer selling.

Cheers!

This company has good pricing on build kits. http://store.racing-solutions.org/
You can sometimes get tubing, couplers(crap ones), and clamps on ebay in one kit cheap though.

Chad,

Thanks for the info! I'll likely get a super kit and some parts off of eBay... Looks like my weekend is going to be spent under the car and my wife will be killing me for it! Cool!

If it will fit into my oven, I'll Powdercoat as much as I can on it... black to match the car. Or even black "crinkle" PC...

Im having a tough time picturing how the hot side pipe is supposed to route. Is the intercooler far enough right(if looking from the front) that it overlaps the radiator?

Probably not by much. And factory MSM IC's are really cheap. I got one for $30 shipped from Arizona.
