Default Heater core lines for turbo water lines

My heater core is currently bypassed. Am i able to use these hoses to go in and out from the turbo?

Thanks, this will make it slightly easier.

PS, would anyone happen to know if i should connect the valve cover vacuum line before or after the turbo? Im looking at the Begi and FM pictures and none of them show exactly where they connect, just around the airfilter i think.

put the valve cover breather line BEFORE the turbo. you want to suck in vapour from the crank case and not pressurise it. have a look at my cardomain build and look at the intake elbow to the turbo with the BOV line and breather ports welded to the elbow
