I think you'll be much better off if you do the following:

1. Buy the car yourself.
2. Drive it NA for awhile. Learn it. Work on it yourself. Fix everything that needs fixing.
3. While doing this, hang out at MT.net. Read and learn. Pick up used parts on the cheap. Don't be offended.
4. When you're ready, turbo the car yourself.

Do it this way and you'll learn a ton and end up with a reliable, maintainable ride.

You know, Brainy should update that sticky. I don't think we should be recommending Bipes/MSD + FPR + High Pressure Fuel Pump to newbs anymore. Standalone ECU's are so much better and readily available these days.

Build threads are also good reading material.

You'll want to introduce your self and your intentions as far as your car goes in the "Meet and Great" section, add your location, and add details about your car in your "signature". Both of the latter can be found under "User CP".
As far as turbos go, you'll want to look at kits sold by Begi (google Bell Engineering) or Flyinmiata.com. Do the work yourself so you'll be able to solve any problems that arise, get a Megasquirt standalone ECU and search for your questions before starting a thread to answer them.
