Totally, I'm pretty thick skinned anyway. Plenty of good advice here to make it worth it. Besides, it can't be that bad, Braineack hasn't found out I'm turbocharging a 1.6 yet

Most of my experience comes from tuning turbo cars in the early 2000's, but my 2¢?

An intercooler is an integral part of a turbo system. I wouldn't even install a turbocharger without one. I know you're probably itching to begin tuning, but a couple hundred dollars for an ebay intercooler setup is much cheaper than a couple thousand for a new engine.
