Manifold question along with oil/water lines

I'm putting together a system for my MSM. I just picked up my 2560R and am planning the other purchases needed.

Questions:

1) Are the CURRENT begi and FM "log style" manifolds the same size, is the T25 flange in the same location when mounted? I have some FM exhaust parts but want to use a BEGI manifold and need everything to line up.

2) Water / oil lines.. on the turbo housing, how do you know which ports are which? water in / water out? I know the oil outlet, use a restricter pill?

Thanks.

Believe they're the same, hopefully someone else can confirm 100%.

The oil feed/drain should be obvious. Water port direction doesn't matter as long as coolant flows through.

1. yes
2. obvious

Do you have the MSM specific exhaust because the downpipe will probably not be the same for one of their logs considering the MSM turbo location is different.

I do have the FM MSM exhaust, thats part of the reason for this post, I know I need to order a new downpipe for the garrett turbo (FM makes this part for the FMII MSM upgrade) to mate up to the remaining FM exhaust. But will it still fit if I use the BEGI manifold? I also already have the FM intercooler so the urbo placement is key in order to use the FM piping to the FMIC.
