Got the big brakes put on the rear, fronts are today's project. Takes twice as long when everything is rusted together, had to replace the rear hard line and the caliper bolts were completely dried out.

Good luck with your build man. It looks like you are doing all of the right things.
When I first saw the ebay cast mani I freaked out. I cant believe that they havent made one for the 1.8 yet.

BTW thicker aluminum radiator should correct your heating problem. Or the good old re-route...

Yeah, they took a bit of abuse to get them away from the rotors, the fronts required almost no effort at all, but did have to replace the driver side hardline from the master cylinder.
