Default Clocking Turbo?

Hey do i need to clock my Turbo, because ive tried just about everything to stop it form burning oil. So far ive put a restrictor, changed oil drain, and put a new pcv valve. Just wondering if anyone has had a problem with their oil drain outlet pointing up this high of a degree. I have the same exact set up as U of A cats.

Thanks.

here's a pic

To clock that center section (which you should do) you're going to have to rotate both housings. If you have a newer turbo it's easy enough. If you have an older turbo, good luck my friend.

Here's an updated version.

Hmm okay, what exactly do you have to take off to clock the turbo? Also is there any Tq specs to any of the bolts? I just had my turbo so it should be easy right?

Thanks

it's not difficult, but it might want to be stubborn. Oil inlet and outlet need to point straight up and down, -+10*.

How long have you been running the turbo like that?

On hotside you have bolts. Loosen and rotate until the correct drain orientation is achieved. No friggin clue on the torque specs, a torque wrench aint gonna fit anyway.

Compressor housing you have a snapring. It's a little tricky the first time. Here's a pic.

EDIT: add 2nd pic
