makes the GTX wheels seem kinda stop-gappy.

that's pretty neat.

Too much math, what does it do?

Braineack 07-27-2012 01:21 PM

its a turbo with an improved turbine and two small compressor wheels.

Think 2871 power with 2554 spool.

jasonb 07-27-2012 01:26 PM

^^ i wonder if there are any numbers to quantify this time-to-torque marketing vs a conventional garrett. i'm not sure when we'll find out for sure if this is interesting or not. i'm assuming oem market and then sometime later aftermarket. if BW gets their sh1t together maybe sooner?

unfortunately i think probably not for a while. if its oem first, that means puny compressors. if the initial batch has one which can flow 350whp that might be interesting.

Jesus ----, don't continue on with the troll quotes or anything. It might be too witty for the forum, we don't want to confuse people.

lol

Who should I ban for derailing a perfectly good thread?

On a related note, double-stacked compressors is a pretty sweet idea, although I always thought turbos increased in efficiency as they grew larger due to tolerances dropping.

I'm not very excited about the titanium aluminide.

MartinezA92 07-27-2012 01:46 PM

I want one.

I bet your muffler is.

With one of those, Fae wont need to cut through the chassis to make it fit.
