Non miata turbo project... please dont hate!

Hi all.

As i said, its not a miata. But it is a small engine that im putting a turbo onto, so i figured this would be a good place to help me out?

Its a 1.6 nissan sunny, and im trying to keep this a low-budget build.
I currently have throttle bodies from an sr20det, a t2 turbo, intercooler, oil lines for the turbo and a boost controller, none of it is fitted.

My basic plan is this:
Weld turbo flange onto stock manifold
Make plate to mount throttle bodies onto 1.6 head
Bigger injectors, maf (probably from sr20)
Some form of engine management (emanage maybe)

My first questions are this,
Will the car run fine with stock injectors and maf on the throttle bodies before i turbo it?
What management would be best for my applications? (Low boost)

Thanks for all the help guys, please dont hate the non-miata content!

Uh, welcome?

I'm really not sure what to say...I don't know that we're going to be much help. Although this is DIY turbo section, it's a MIATA DIY turbo section, not just DIY turbo setups in general.

We can point you in the right direction, but I'm sure a Nissan forum could do a much better job, with much less BS thrown your way.

We might be able to help you with MS setup, and are you trying to turn this into a individual throttle body setup? I'm so confused.

Yeah, only problem is alot of nissan forums arent so good at n/a to turbo kinda things, they just say buy a faster car. I just figured you guys here would be alot more knowledgeable about small engine turbo projects.
The throttle bodies i have are from a pulsar, which is an sr20det with itb's and a plenum to connect to the turbo if im making sense?
