old dog new build

some history:I have been runnning my dyi turbo miata for over 8 years now.I'v done some dumb things in the past, but learned and keep moving. I'm on my second motor now, first one a remote oilfilter hose pulled off,bad motormount+short hose= no oil fast and spun rod bearing. Needed the car up and running quick ,my daily driver, and put in a junkyard motor, which wasn't as good as the first one. I'v put maybe 30k on this one and ready to build a new one, I got the time and cash to do it right. The car now has a t25 from a Nissan sr20, HKS mani.,2.75" DP, FMIC,and a whole box of Bandaids. APFR, Bipes, FM Voodoo box, bigger injectors purple top, dont realy know the size, and a big fuel pump. Never liked having over 90 psi of gas under the hood. Dynoed the car several years ago and made a bit over 200 hp at the wheels at 8-9 pounds of boost. I dont realy want much more, I'm older and slower than I used to be.
I have been searching and think I will have my old spun bearinged block re worked using CP pistons Eagle rods ACL bearings. Also going to get the MEGAsquirt ecu PNP, with the Innovate lambda option. hopefuly I can figure how to tune it. Remember I'm old.
My questions to you is what size injectors, fuel pump to use? I will keep the compression at close to 9 to 1, and looking for 220 or so hp. Thanks in advance Mike
