Default Someone get this

Tell me if it's cool.

eBay Motors: Rboost Boost Controller Eclipse Nissan WRX (item 260321933274 end time Dec-25-08 07:29:11 PST)

It doesn't mention the lightweight ball I've got in mine, and I worry about it slipping, but still, it seems nice.

The one I bought from FM was sourced from 3barracing.com. I think theirs is cheaper than this ebay auction and I am very happy with it. Not so happy with the FM price, but I didn't know better then...

you can make 3 with mcmaster parts for like $25. then sell two for $12 each. and you have a $1 boost control. mcmaster sells ceramic ballz.

Its amazing how much money all these companies make by taking a $10 boost controller and selling it for 4 times that advertising bs that it somehow works better

Reminds me of a Joe P mbc I used to run. It cost about $10 more though. Seemed to work fine though, for what it was.

Huh, I seem to remember thinking the FM one was fantastically expensive. Shortly after my pushing it on the miatapower lists they suddenly added it to their inventory. :-)

Anyway, I was thinking this was "cheap". I'm all for making my own, but versse those $100 manual controllers I see people running I thought it was prety good.

Discuss on!
