Porting MSM manifold

I am about to do the final install of the MSM turbo setup. Looking at the ports where the exhaust gases enter the turbo manifold I noticed that the geometry reduces down right after the gasket and then opens up.

I am sure it is in there because of the casting process. I do not want to weaken the manifold and have cracks later. It appears that there should be more than enough material left though. Anyone with MSM experience deal with this before? |
You might check with the guys on Mazda-Speed.com. If there are any tricks with the MSM stuff, those guys will know them.
My wild ass uninformed opinion is to PORTALLTHETHINGS because its cast, but that's just me ;) |
