Well you need one for the stock narrowband O2. You should add a second for the option of adding a WBO2 sensor, closer toward the end of the DP. And some people even add a third for dyno sessions. I would say get at least 2.

Where are you ordering it from? Vash is 100% correct. Make sure the extra one for your dyno sessions points out the drivers side down close'ish to the cat so it's easy access. The wideband one should be positioned to make it easy to route your wires/controller/etc... depending on where you're going to mount the wideband electronics. I route mine straight up the side of the tranny and run the wires under the shifter boot. My LC1 controller sits behind the radio... just barely enough wire and my 2nd O2 bung is on the passenger side of the DP and makes a straight shot up to the tranny tunnel.

You could always just order the pipe, then have a local muffler shop put bungs wherever you want for like $5 afterwards.

+1 on this.

I ordered my pipe bung-less, then trial-fitted it on the car, marked the location of all the fittings I wanted, took it back off, drilled the holes, and took it to a local independent muffler shop. For $20 they installed two O2 bungs and one 1/8" NPT bung (I provided the 1/8" NPT fitting).
