Question about LINK IAT sensor
Where can I buy one that will work with the Link ecu?
|
Link's Tech Support number is (949) 485 5023. According to their website, that number forwards to New Zealand, so be aware of the time difference. Click Here to find the current time in NZ.
Their email is tech@linkecu.com. And the website: http://www.linkecu.com/ Of you could contact Flyin' Miata and see if they have any old ones lying around. |
I contacted flyin miata and I can get one from their supplier for $115 - I was hoping there would be a generic (I know some people use a GM one - didn't know if that'd work for this?) one that I could use instead of the one made for the link.

I got the GM part here, with new connector components. They actually include the terminals for an original crimp when you get the connector kit, instead of a pigtail that you have to splice to.
These guys also have the connectors and all components for Toyota COPs. Don't know if any of it will work for the Link, I'm wiring up AEM. |
Thanks solaryellow - Anyone know if that part will work?

It wont. The AIT input for the LINK is digital. You would have to convert the GM AIT signal into some digital pulse that matches what the LINKs AIT sends. More reason it's a failboat ECU.
|
Did you make sure the wires were connected well on the sensor? Mine broke loose a couple of times.

How does this answer his question in any way:
"Where can I buy one that will work with the Link ecu?" If you just don't have one then never mind. |
