RRFPR vs FMU vs 1.8 injectors.(For Turbo)

Hello guys, i have some questions for whom has used one of these(FMU / RFPR).

My work in progress: turbo miata 98',1.6 NB miata (same engine as 97 1.6), i've installed a DET3 piggyback which can handle the AFM and TIMING and for my setup i would like to run it on 6-9 psi. (only aiming for max +50hp)

Definitely, i will need more fuelling, so untill i will start installing the ECU on fuel implant (injectors) so what should i choose, a vortech / obx FMU (Fuel Management Unit) or a RISING RATE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR and why?
As i made some research, all the rrfpr (some adjusable) are 1:1 boost reference, so 1 psi boost +1 psi of fuel (theoretically), but on FMU there are many kinds like 8:1 / 10:! / 12:1 and i would know which is better for my setup.
It's a budget turbo so only FMU i found in my country are from US (180 $ shipped), while fprs are 100$ shipped

OR>>

While my ECU can handle the AFM i could install some bigger(maybe from 1.8 ) injectors that are compatible with the stock ecu, and tune myself the idling and light cruise, while letting the bigger injectors handling boost. +installing a bigger pump/a aftermarket FPR (AFPR) and that's it.

What do you recommend and why?

*From the DET3 ECU i can handle the ignition, so i will look on detonation / ping , retarding the engine.

Thank you for your time!

P.S. I found a video where they put a 1jz supra fuel presure regulator OEM (which is rising, i guess :)) ) in it, i bet that's very cheap and could to the job and use it ?

This is so interesting. Not only are you willing to use 20 yr old technology, but you appear to not appreciate that an FMU is a RRFPR.

Run one in parallel with the stock ecu. It'll be far better than the things you're considering.
