saw this in m.net classifieds noob q's

The turbo kit is 450 heres the description...This is a T3 Style turbo, manifold and downpipe. Also included is a Saab intercooler, some random pieces of pipe (if you want them), and a few couplers and some clamps. The turbo was recently rebuilt and has very little shaft play. This is not a pretty looking setup, but it is great to start out with. I am selling it, because I just upgraded everything. Just let me know if you have any questions.

Could i just bolt this up to my 95 miata and go or would i need some fuel/engine management to start? What would i need to run this setup?
Thanks,
Brooks

Read Scott's FAQ in this section. Will answer a lot of your questions. You will need something to control the fuel and ignition, and the way that it sounds, it is more of a diy project for the intercooler setup. For the price not bad.

that shit has been all over ebay and classified's for a long time. Fuck I'd buy it for $350 if I didn't have any cash.

Are you sure? Positive you wouldn't change your mind?

It's clearly missing parts but for 450 it gets you a good start.
