Slower closing BOV

Have a greddy S bov on the super charged car. I'm trying to fine something that will not leak at 9 psi and close much slower than what I have. I did the mod where you pull the double spring out and put the softer of the 2 back in with 0 turns on the stiffening screw.

Currently the under throttle the bov is shutting so fast that I get a very large boost spike. This is bad at middle corner on a non drift car.

Any suggestions?

Are you running dual or single throttles? I had my m62 setup unthrottled for a bit and had issues at partial throttle with spikes in boost and power. Made corner exit very difficult. I added a second throttle body and now the car is perfectly drivable.

doesnt make sense.

put both springs back in. run both vacuum lines. tune the preload correctly and enjoy a great BOV.

If you want to change how fast it opens/closes you want a large chamber area to act as a buffer with a small connection to the intake manifold.

Negative to that is it will open and close slowly. Both will be affected.
