well i got that parts i am not gonna spend extra money so why not just throw them on too? ;) don't know yet about the ecu later with some rx7 yellow injectors and throw the boost at 10-12 psi? :P will seee
about the manifold new one from the website its $399.00 is that cheap? :P if ill do it myself will be around 100-150$ :P and yes S/S realy good quality and strong
clutch later for now i have to finish all this mess :P
edit* yess recently rebuilt its still open not finished yet haha :P

This is going to be a train wreck.
I wish to subscribe.

Spend the extra money on decent parts and do it the right way, or you're going to be doing it again when you blow up your engine. You're going to end up spending twice the money and ten times the hours if you don't.

My sincere advice is to hold off on turboing until you have around $3000- 4000 to spend on parts.
I know you said the engine is a from 95, but what year is the rest of the car? That will have an impact on how much you need to spend as well.

Well its the original engine and i thing i got the most importan stuff thats why i am asking for a bit of clear data like fuel psi boost etc, on what i have now and what is safe to use and what not :p i am planing to finish it as it is now run a few weeks n/a intercooler and pipes mounted on oil feed and return ready and then throw the turbo in and adjust the presures etc i want to run at low boost for a start and then put a nice ecu, injectors, good boost controler air/fuel ration gauge etc p.s i got an rx7 oil cooler to add later maybe? Dunno yet its for daily use and some track use so i am just asking around to be sure of what i am doing :) + i got the money for a bc suspension and later change all the bushes and repaint all the parts underside so yes i got a lot of plans for later i just can't wait i want to do smthng with the things i got now :p

Ok, I'll try to sort through some of that and help you.
There are many parts you may need that you haven't thought of yet.
I am assuming your entire car is a 95, so your diff is fine, but you may need a new clutch assuming your pistons don't exit the block shortly after startup.
Your fuel pump is more than adequate for that power level; don't sweat that part.
Your injectors would be marginal, but you definitely need some form of engine management.
If you're too lazy/ cheap for a stand alone you could even *gulp* use bandaids.
You should be able to find a used voodoo box for cheap.
Stock ECU isn't going to cut it.

You need to do some more reading. Check out the FAQs. They will have more detailed information about everything you are asking (although some of it is a bit outdated).
If you have some more specific questions, try finding answers there first.

i already read it like 100 times :) and here is what i thing i find out and i am pretty sure i am wrong coz i read ppl go up to 250hp with stock fuel bump...
est. 200HP => at 88fuel presure a 1.8 injector can deliver up to 370cc at 5psi of boost... 200hp need 360cc right? so thats the point i thing i am doing smthng wrong with the calculations hahaha stock pump can handle up to 85 psi i read soo i will need and a fuel pump if i want to run my injectors at max fuel pressure that can take???
160hp is 288cc so my injectors at 55psi fuel will deliver 297cc thats fine so i am right with all that calculations? coz if i am i want to set everything at almost max lets say 80 psi fuel (not 85 ....) at 5 psi boost timing at 6-8*??? (coz i got an intercooler?? )
i just want to be sure that i make all those calculations right :P i got 2 senarios here run with stock at low boost just for fun and after i get some extra money spend on ecu and injectors and run about 10-12 psi coz its a DD afterall :P BUT i want to got the same turbo and manifold thats the point of all not buying extra parts that won't be needed after (turbo its free anw i got it laying there) :P

Stop right now. You are going to blow up your motor and then you won't have a DD at all.

Sell every bit of turbo stuff you already have. Take that money and buy a proper ECU and wideband. Install those and learn to tune. Enjoy your 7-10whp for a while. After you have tuning down, then start to buy turbo parts. Start with bigger injectors, then get a stronger clutch. After that get a quality manifold and a decent turbo. Install those with an eBay IC and then start enjoying boost.

Thats the point i want to learn the details so i won't blow my motor :P and why sell and then buy again ? i read a TD04 its good for just 1 bar pressure isn't ? i already got an ic soo i can wait a little while and run N/A and then buy an ecu ( mspnp sounds good ) wideband i already have in my buy parts list (AEM) some injectors ... clutch i want to melt it and then buy a new one :P coz if i am gonna change the clutch and go under there i want to change all the bushes and install some extra brackets soo why not do them all at once since i am gonna start from there? :P

I can't brain this.

Standalone ECU FIRST.

THEN turbo.

WITH properly sized injectors.

You need some kind of fuel and spark management at the very least. Take the advice that has been given to you by so many. Signed on for for engine destruction.
