Synapse Engineering BOV.
Can anyone inform me as to what or when the C port on the side is used? https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1410976671 THX |
it depends on how you want to hook it up.

watch the video the owner of synapse made on yt about it. pretty decent explanation there Most of the videos are of installs with out much mention of the vac/pressure lines. UPDATE- I just spent another useless video search. I challenge anyone to show me a decent video. Turns out the manual I received was wrong. |
About 8 seconds worth of searching :P |

It goes through each scenario. Port C goes to boost reference, then they play around with A and B, going to vacuum or atmosphere and how responsive each one is.
|
watching to the end, it says most responsive is Port A hooked up to vac, with B to atmosphere, and C to boost reference (before throttle body)
|
OP,
I challenge you to use your brain. lol |
OP just spend a useless search looking for it. He challenges anyone to find his brain.
Sorry OP, it was too easy  |

This confused me since this is not what the manual states as to how to hook it up. Yea I know my brain is weak and useless. It seems to be doing a pretty good job of putting me in-charge of a $40,000 machine.....at my day job. I've been working on my car for a long time and there is a lot going on. Just trying to save some time here. Turns out the user manual I had contained a faulty picture/diagram that did not even show the C port. I appreciate all the care and support and entertainment for those that have nothing better to do. Thanks |
Hehe $40k that's cute, I've got $40k worth of servers I deal with on a daily basis, not to mention the $6k per license per year for the testing software used on those servers...
But the Scalability testers are the crazy ones, they'll throw $3-5 MILLION worth of hardware at some of our projects... Shit's crazy, but when you need to simulate 100,000 users... |
lol 40k...
