T25 oil supply line

I'm not sure if anyone has done this, but how about using hard stainless brake lines/ fittings for use as the oil supply line to my T25? It may not be the easiest but I think it would be a simple job as I've previously built custom brake lines for my 68 Impala :-) I'm thinking it can also be done cheaper than using SS braided. My thought is to run 3/16 hard brake line from the OEM oil sending unit location, up and around the back of the motor, then down to feed the turbo. I'd also throw a tee in there somewhere to feed the oil pressure gauge. Any thoughts or drawbacks? Thanks!

Someone here did that with a Greddy kit way back in the day. Can't remember his user name .... D something ...

I believe the 323GTX used all hard lines as well.

I would imagine there would be no drawbacks, and it would be pretty damn sleek.
