temperature probe: more useful for oil or h2o on turbo car?

Like it says - I have an oil temperature gauge, with probe, range is 100-300 degrees f. I can't decide if it would be more worthwhile to monitor my oil temp or my coolant temp on my greddy 90. I have a thicker 2-row all metal radiator with 16lb stand cap, and a stand 180 degree thermostat as my only cooling mods, and no oil cooling modifications. I'm only concerned with keeping my system out of the "danger zones" temperature wise, so my hope is to apply the sensor to my weakest link. unfortunately I can't guess what that will be. The car isn't up and running with the turbo yet so I can't guess as to which cooling system will reach its limits sooner.
If it helps the car will be running 8-10psi, intercooled with emanage and autotune. I would probably tap the oil pan near the turbo drain if i use it as an oil temp gauge, and the radiator hard metal line between the radiator outlet and the water pump if used as a coolant temp sensor.

opinions?

oil temp for my money. at 8-10 psi i would not worry about either though
