IC Routing Ideas
I know that this has been asked a ton of times. The only problem is that the response is typically "Use the search" and there are rarely any usable ideas. What I'm hoping is that enough people post great IC routing ideas (with images) for different setups (NA, NB, with and without PS and AC) and that the moderators make it sticky.
So, let's see all of your IC routing solutions!

Kotomile's got the right idea. I really dont know why this hasn't been made a sticky, especially with all the hairbrain and some what ingenious ideas that memebers have come up with.
To the OP, please try and use the search function. There are sooooooooooooo many ways to do i/c piping on our cars.

So hey guyz, how did you route your IC piping? Im planning to go turbo in 6 months and am shooting for 500whp on stock bottom end. Im going to run a REALLY big IC, cause bigger is better, right!? Can I haz cheeseburger?
For real though, I have seen this asked a few times in the last month, but have yet to see any replies with any threads that show clearly an install on an NA, mostly been NB's with over the radiator setups. Or maybe I didnt see the links. Another vote in for a sticky thread on DIY IC routing.

As a sticky 18psi? Dunno how many people that would help...
We could just point the newbs we don't like to go there and do everything it says. We could also point them towards Hyper's coolant reroute, the jbweld'ed pistons, and Direct Port Injection. Damn, I just realized how many stupid people we've had post "great ideas" here.

The reason there are a bit more recent "over the rad" setups on NB's sbeing documented is because its kind of a new way of doing it. The traditional i/c mount on an na threads are there. plenty of them

While I appreciate the sarcasm (the 500hp with the stock bottom is good), the point is to have a single point of information. I can't tell you how many threads I've read through or how many different search strings I've used on Google (thanks illustrating my point with the Google link...It came back with almost no useful information). I think that with a question that is asked so many times, we can avoid a lot of the bitter replies with a sticky post. I just hope we get useful replies.
OK guys. Let's see your routing.

I did see his post. It was very well done, but not too useful for me because my hot side includes PS and AC. Great post though.

did you see Joe Perez' thread? well written up install on an n/a. I've searched before and there are plenty of threads on this, just have to not be lazy and actually search around.

There reall isn't a wrong way OP, order a little extra and sell off what you dont use.
Typical setup (IMO) is:
(Hotside)
-clock turbo to point straight down
-come off outlet with a 90* towards the front of the car
-come around rad/to IC with a 45* and some pipe
(Coldside)
-come down off TB with a 45*
-go pretty much straight down under
-and again 45* around rad/to IC
Pretty much exactly what 18psi posted w/ that pic.
I've seen this used by many members and did the same myself. I have PS AND AC and although tight it fits just fine. You may add/delete/cut slightly differently depending on what you see when you get there, but thats about it.
Oh and get yourself a flexible rad hose to give you some more room, and dont forget ss t-bolt clamps!
And after mocking up my coldside, I had someone weld my IAT bung, and BOV adapter (using a Tial) to my piping.

Not /thread yet
This required quite a bit of cutting to make it fit, I'm going to make a shroud to cover it all up. Problem is it needs to be custom since most have provisions for the hood release, which as you can see I don't have. Time to by a sheet of ABS.

Ive been running without the undertray since my rebuild, and havent noticed anything, though Im also not turbo either, so thats probably why. I really hate the factory one and will probably try to make my own out of ABS or something when the time comes to go turbo.
