How about this? I don't have a Greddy but I know several of you do.

And I know a local turbo shop that will balance the rotating assembly for $65 if you send it to them.

Thanks for the tip, looks much cheaper than anywhere ive seen.

Do you still need a rebuild kit if buying this? I'm assuming yes so make sure to calculate that in.

If your bushings and seals are in good shape I can't see where they would need replacing. They aren't typically damaged during the disassembly process.

I believe you'll need a rebuild kit since the 15g has a flatback compressor wheel and the 19t is a superback. I believe the only one or two parts in a rebuild kit are different depending on the type of wheel though. If you do go through with it let me know what you need to do. I have been eyeballing that ebay ad for the 15g on my volvo.

Good find, I'm going to look into this if I end up keeping my 1.6 setup for another season.

I had a 19T on mine with 2.5" exhaust. I liked it.

Is it really worth upgrading if you have a good Greddy 15g with no shaft play? Or is this only worth it if you are rebuilding anyways?

It depends. Do you want more power?
