Default Turbo Miata won’t start

Freshly put on turbo kit I also did my tuning and water pump and now it won’t even turn over I don’t have coolant temp sensor in that’s coming tomorrow but does anyone have any clue why it may not be wanting to start the engine is grounded I also deleted my ac and ps had to cut a little of the firewall away where there is a ground to the engine it didn’t interrupt it

Can it be turned by hand?
If so then put a bump starter on the starter and directly test starter.
Might try adding ground to engine with jumper cables.
Also check ground to battery at rear of car. You can add an extra ground with another set of jumper cables.
The battery is tiny and it can have ground issues as it is not directly connected to the starter or engine with a cable. The ground path goes through PPF and transmission first.
How did you "tune" without starting the engine?
