vacuum hose help!

Ok I need help here. I have '95 1.8L that I just installed a turbo on and I am having a hard time figuring out how to run the vacuum hoses for the BOV and waste gate. I am running a HKS SSQ BOV, a manual boost controller, and a Tial 38mm waste gate. Advice and/or pics would be highly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

For the BOV, run a hose off the nipple of the BOV to a nipple on the intake manifold.

For the waste gate, run a hose off of the turbo (assuming there is one on your turbo) to the boostcontroller, to the nipple on the waset gate.

Will running a vacuum line from the manifold cause creep or anything like that? I currently have a devoted 1/8" nipple and vac line going to my external Tial. Once in a while my boost will creep up to like 9 psi instead of the 7 that the spring is rated for.
Should I switch it to the compressor?

some people argue both ways.

I pesonally run the BOV with a manifold signal, shortest line possible. And the WG gets its signal from the Compressor housing (also short line).

People argue that the size of the lines are important either. I just am of the school that believes a strong signal for the WG is important, so it can control the exhaust gases as quickly as possible. Yes you will loose some boost due to inefficiences of the rest of the system, but you can always crank the boost up some.

Well I can get vac to read on my gauge but it stops at zero for boost. For the BOV i'm running a line from it to the vac hole where the cruise control was but when I do the engine starts to suck in all its air from the BOV and I can completely cover the turbo air inlet and it will still run with no change. Could my BOV internials be in backwards? Now with the wastegate....I looked at a friends car with the same tial and I did just like he did but I get nothing. The top nipple of the wasegate i run to my boost controller, coming out of my controller it meets up with a T-fitting coming from the bottom (side) nipple on the wastegate and they run to a nipple on the comp. housing of the turbo. I have never done a turbo before and I figured that the vac lines would not be so damn hard.

and if your getting vacuum and no boost, that might mean you have the gauge sourced intot the intake. not the manifold. that or you're not producing boost.

Thanks everyone, I had a leak in my waste gate and all of my exhaust was dumping there. I have it running now and its doing better but I have to fix the exhaust leak between the block and the exhaust mani.
