a kid that went to my highschool had one on his big hick ass truck and it made the exhaust loud as fuck lol

My buddy had one on his old WRX. It worked once, each of the 3 times he sent it back to be replaced. He ended up bolting a plate over it to close it off.

Everyone that I have known that ran one of those had issues but then again we see alot of salt up here. You may want to consider just an old school plate cut out.

just bolt up a old throttle body and and run a cable that opens under full throttle..?

I had one in my mustang, it was loud as shit, and made it easy to run open headers when I wanted to. Mine was a BBK setup though.

i friend has one on his srt4, it's pretty cool, it's got a toggle switch for when you wan to be loud. run a 3" downpipe with this on it and leave the rest of the exhaust stock for stealthness.

i was thinking of buying one but maybe just make myself one...

if you wanted to make it even more complicated than it needs to be...you could always run it into MS on an RPM switch..that way it'd automatically open at a certain RPM..then close when you drop back down

I'd wire it to a defeatable WOT switch.

If you've got a 1994-1997 1.8 from what I understand about the wiring diagram, it has a WOT switch inside it..

fwiw i've seen ones out there that have a wastegate on them...comes on at a certain boost, you could but an mbc on it too, 5 psi might work well
