Looks great to me. Only possible improvement I could think of is a bellmouth for the wastegate (assuming you are running one).

The welds look good, what welder are you using?
|
^^ +1 also interested in your equipment, welds look nice.
only thing i can think of is a flex section in there so you dont' put too much stress on the mani+turbo hardware. if that first bend doesn't flow well maybe you could buy a few mandrel bends from spdexhaust.com or similar outfit. i'm still looking for a source of cheap mandrel bends... |

That is some nice welding, I'm jealous. I don't think you will have many problems with flow, the diameter appears to remain mostly the same. Where is your O2 bunghole? More pics of the manifold, is it too homemade? I have found a lot of 3" mandrel bends at DH Griffin, see if you have something similar in your area, they sell by the pound. |
out of curiosity, did you back purge those welds?
|
Looks great to me, awesome job for your first time around! Shit, looks great for your 20th time around. ATP has some tight radius 3" bends that would have worked for you. I get the 120deg bends because they are $1 cheaper than the 90's and I use the extra 30 deg all the time.

Fab work looks good, the only thing yopu could have improved would be to not have all the pie cuts in there, there are vendors hear that could supply what you need to eliminate that.
