what is the torque spec on the stage 8 stud

what is the torque spec on the stage 8 stud
and what is the best way to install them. if i use a nut then how do i remove it with out loosing the stud.
should I remove my manifold? seems like it would be hard to get the stage 8 clips on with the manifold in place.
