Default FM and BEGI manifolds ? Using FM Turbine outlet/downpipe on BEGI mani ?

I would like to use the BEGI manifold with FMs turbine outlet and downpipe

I know old FM/BEGI manifolds were mostly the same. But do these manifolds both put the turbo in the same place were I can go with the BEGI/FM combo id like to ?

the height is a little different which can be fixed with a spacer if i remember correctly when I was researching. If you do a search or google search it should pop up somewhere.

Depends on what model manifold and downpipe. The older ones were not "close" they were exactly the same because they were all made/distributed by Begi for FM.

The latest generation of FM manifolds are completely different from Begi as they are made specifically for FM.

If you post some pics of what you want to use then maybe we can help. They were many models so saying, "will Begi work with FM" doesn't mean much.

Yup, they fit. I've got a new BEGi cast manifold and the new FM outlet/dp. No problems. Well, other than wrench clearance to put all those f'n pieces on.

Wrench Tip: Use an 18" extension, with a swivel between it and the socket. Makes it much easier to get three of the dp to outlet bolts on. The last one (rear) you have to come in from the driver's side wheel well.
