Internal wastegate actuator...
So I have a SR20 T25 and want to have the compresser shot down rather then up. Sounds like all I have to do is loosen the bolts and turn the housing. I also hear that there is some drilling and tapping required. Then is it a DSM T25 waste actuator that I bend to fit. Anyone had any issues with the wastegate not closing all the way seeing as the rod is bent?

on my t2560 i had to rig up a internal, but i just got a 300zx t25 actuator that allmost bolts up.im going to drill a hole bigger and weld a lilttle on it to make it work.and im going to buy a adjustable end to make it realy tight.and eliminate the need to cut and weld the rod.
one picture is of the hks actuator that is sold to clock sr t25 turbos.

They can do it. Drilling and tapping that turbo takes 10 minutes though and you customize it to how you want it. Hardest part would be driving to the store and buying a tap with bolts to match lol. Getting an adjustable end would keep you from having to mess with the rod and drilling it yourself would allow you to position the bracket/actuator the way you need it.
