wrapping up my 1.8 swap, a few stray wires

on the passenger side of my motor, there are two grounds that i'm not sure where they're supposed to go. can i just ground them on the chassis wherever? there's also a single wire black spade connection, pretty sure it's a ground as well, any idea where this goes?

Single black wire with the spade is for the temp sensor for the cluster and it goes under the cai (real bitch to get to), as for the grounds...they should all go to the same place on the engine I believe which is on the passenger side. There is a little bracket on the back of the intake manifold with a 10mm nut on it. Throw the grounds on there.

cai??

Only thing that comes to mind is cold air intake. I don't have one of those. ;)

CAS is what he meant, I believe.

That makes more sense.

Thanks for the help guys

Yeah, cas. Acronyms and I don't always work out.

i was thinking about this at work today...

there's a bracket that bolts to the thermostat housing on the back of the head with a male spade connection on it. is this where the gauge reads the temp from?? seems like a piss poor spot for it.

nm, i found the actual sensor.
