1.6 JRSC/FMIC/MS3x Virtual Dyno. Oh....
Makes almost exactly what my butt dyno said it does. 150mm crank overlay and 62.5mm nose pulley. I really need to get around to checking for any boost leaks.
https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...d1572205d9.jpg Timing map. This is thrown together from bits of advice here. One of these days I need to find somewhere flat and start tuning it... https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...270db741ec.jpg |
Before I sold my M45, I virtual dyno'd at about 130hp, no crank overlay or FMIC. It felt faster than that because of the long flat torque curve. That looks pretty good.

If the VD channel for boost is setup correctly, you are only reporting between 9-10 psi, this is low for that pulley combo.

ninja All that said, I slapped all this stuff on and have put 4k miles on the car with zero issues. I topped up the oil and water the other day and that has been it (other than a few couplers popping loose, but that was my fault for not tightening the clamps). Other than the belt shedding a bit, I have zero complaints about this set up reliability wise. I was expecting a ton more problems. |
Do you have a check valve on the IAC line?
bypass closing all the way? |
