GT2554r Dyno Sheet
Hi Guys,
Eventually made it to a rolling road and managed 221.5bhp at the wheels. Quite happy with that on a 2554. Here's a scan of the rolling road graph. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2571/...39f4eca6_b.jpg |
That is good for a 2554, no correction factor?
|
Not sure what that means? Excuse my ignorance.
|
how much boost
|
Almost 2 hours later, the big question still stands:
HOW MUCH BOOST? |
Around 13psi, tailing off to 11.x psi at the redline.
|
Nice numbers, but holy torque drop Batman!

Do you think the torque drop off could be fixed by just trying to run 13psi to the redline?
|
would sure help a lot mate
|
I'm pretty sure if I run 13psi to the red line I'm going to get knock. I keep it at bay with octane booster at the moment. Maybe I'd be best to increase the boost to a flat line and pull some timing if I'm encountering more knock.
:) |
Then again, if you were going to run more boost near redline, then why not increase it lower too and enjoy a fatter midrange?
WI is always an option to help deal with knock. |
