Boost controller?

Curious to see what others think, but mid range torque seems kind of low.
What's your boost taper look like? |

You will have to bear with me, I am new to tuning. I am assuming you are referring to the boost duty cycle? Mine is zeros across the board. The tuner said I was at 10lbs. I am assuming that was boost creep getting it to 10lbs.

Running on wastegate with a bit of boost creep might be the explanation of the lower mid range torque. You can improve your spool quite a bit with EBC. |
I hadn't had a chance to look through the tune until today. I had imagined the tuner made use of the EBC during the second tuning session. Looks like I should get the car out to get some data logs. Ill take any help I can get! I was wondering about that mid range dip while at the tuners but was too excited to get the car on the street after being on jack stands for so long.

Typically I do a dyno pull at 0% DC, take the highest number (usually close to highest RPM too), and increase DC below that RPM so the boost curve stays as flat as possible. That way you're in a single VE row and it's easy to tune your fuel, and you can do partial throttle pulls to verify it stays flat. Unless you want a supercharger's dyno graph, then stick with your current tune.

I would just expect a bit more under 4K. The rest looks fine. |
For reference, here are a couple of pulls on Virtual Dyno. One pull is at a flat 10ish PSI from ~3800 rpm all the way to RPM, the other I added a bit of boost up top tapering to ~12.5 psi by 6500 RPM. Both pulls are 3rd gear on the same stretch of road.
