Hey guys, just got my Greddy EMU tuned yesterday and everything is fine when it's at temperature but after letting the car cool fully there's something really odd going on...

First off, 99 NB, Boomslang harness wired for air intake and coolant temp, compression bump from an 020 head deck, one step colder plugs, and all the common bolt ons.

When the car is cold, whether I let the fuel pump prime for a few seconds or not, I turn the key, the starter turns over once, stops and pauses for a half second, and then turns over normally starting the car. The car then runs a bit rough, it's not shaking or missing or anything that bad but you can hear in the exhaust note that it's not happy.

I'm %99 sure that my tuner didn't touch any of the idle settings since the car idles fine on the stock ECU, any ideas?

Figured it out, the Greddy instructions are incorrect about jumpers 12 and 13 so the stock ECU wasn't getting any signals for IAT or water temp for the entire dyno tuning session :(
