EMB where to get cable for laptop?

Sorry for such a newb post guys, I just got my fuel pump for my hack-job turbo miata project and I'm aware I'll be needing a cable to plug into the EMB and laptop for tuning.... I only plan on using EMB because it came w/ the car (uninstalled... because the car is like I said, a hack-job and needs a lot of work).

I figure it's cheaper to finish the build w/ it since I got a laptop for free. Just needing info on where to find this cable, and perhaps a link or two on basic tunes.

My turbo is a T3/T4 .63 AR... I'll probably end up w/ the Supra 305 injectors, and the fuel pump I ordered was the Walbro 190lph HP. The car has a wideband o2 installed, FMIC and hardpipes, the OBX manifold (POS?).

Any help would be tremendously appreciated fellas,

John

I think this guy sells it for 50 bucks or something
http://www.giffin.plus.com/emanage/usb.htm

or you can check out the e manage forum for other possible sources and info on how to do it yourself.

good luck searching though, that forum kinda blows most of the time.

Thanks for the link, does anyone know where to find the Yahoo User Group for E-Manage?

Is that what you're talking about?

Someone mentioned it before on here to me but I've had no luck in finding it.

Seems like there are a lot of guys on here who list EMB in their signature, but wow, there is basically no activity within the E-Manage forum.

Check here for anything you need for your EMB: http://www.mohdparts.com/emanage/

As far as basic tunes, I doubt you'll find any maps on here. Since you have a wideband you can do your tuning yourself. The EMB will add fuel based on the MAF or MAP sensor input, so really all you'll be doing is some fine tuning on the AirFlow Adjustment map, and of course the timing map.
