scared to even start my car.
Ok, I've installed everything and im pretty sure its all correct, but a few problems keep keeping me from starting up my car. First of all let me tell you guys what I have: EMB, vortech 12:1, supra 305cc, intercooled, sr20 t25, o2 signal mod, supra bypass valve.. Now the reasons im scared to start it is,
1. I have no idea how to tune a spark/ignition map.
2. I dont know what this sr20 wastegate actuator is set at but im assuming it is stock, but i dont know what stock is? 8,7,6.5psi?. I have a manual boost controller btw if its too high.
3. this is my first turbo install and im worried but i have read thoroughly.
4. im not sure if my EMB is completely wired right. Im hearing things about resistors and other crap, but i thought the geentops were pnp high impedance.
Anyone have a safe 8psi, intercooled, stock 1.6ignition plug, sparkmap setup they can show me just so i can use it as a base? im scared shitless.
Also, does anyone know what the sr20 stock actuator is set at?

Thanks guys, how about a spark/ignition map. I dont even know what im looking at or what numbers I should plug in. I know its one of those wideband processes with tuning and all that stuff but is there a safety map i can run on until i can see dyno time? if u guys have one or can link me to one because i cant find one that can atleast keep me from exploding my engine

I know, it was incase if someone had upped the boost since the owner never told me what the actuator was set at. The actuator is adjustable though, I just hate doing things the guess and see way

Adjust your actuator to the minimum and bypass your boost controller. With your timing map set to all zeroes, set your base timing on the car to 10 degrees BTDC. Then set up your timing map to pull 1 degree per each psi of boost. At 8 psi you would be at 2 degrees BTDC. If you still have your stock pump in place, you will be safe, but very rich.
