Default EM-U Tuned/feeling great, then feels crap???

Hello

I am new here and and read some posts on your forum from time to time, and have alwayd liked being here.

I hope you guys welcome me! tho I am not a Mazda Car Owner, I drive a 180SX with a Swapped RB25DET, I live in Thailand too..

My main problem I am hope you can help me with is that since I swapped my Injectors from stock 380cc to SARD 550cc setup emanage and told it running 550cc then it ran very lean, so I tried modding LAGtime in the INJ area! that helped a little.

I added some fuel to the map to rich it out for idle.. as running lean, it was spitting jerking and running crappy during idle and revving..

well all that aside I started tuning it seriously, and started to be really happy with the results, I see my A/F is in my target range,

some time ahead maybe an HOUR! things changed! things were LEANING out alot... after some time it was a little better..

The next day things looked okay, then things started leaning out again! so I richen the area only to relize it was rich as hell days later..

any ideas why this is happening!

This is happening usually during cruse driving or accelerating from 0km/h at lite acceleration

P.S. I have noticed a bug??!! sometimes changing values in Software do nothing for emanage! un plug then replug values start making effects!
running latest Software & I make sure the engine is running at normal temperture b4 tuning!

thanks so much for reading
Shaun

Have you turned Autotune off?

Even though your lappy may be disconnected it will still try to tune from the last set of saved values.

Also - do you have a wideband that tool such as the lc1 program that can tell you its the same numbers that the emu is seeing?
