Questions:
Did the engine actually run, or is this just cranking the starter? I see it turning at 200 RPM, with normal fuel and ignition. AFR reports as 8.4:1 during the second and third attempts. Seems a trifle rich.
MAP shows as damn near atmospheric, so I assume this was just cranking, no running?
The Anti-Engine-Stall map looks odd to me. Tried running without it?
AFM seems to be working properly.
Injector duty cycles both in and out look plausible.
Ignition adjust reports as 0, however from looking at your IGN1 map it should be at +5. Is DIP 4 off?
Hey, here's something... You've got some data entered into the Water Temp Adjust map. Not real sure what that accomplishes, but try clearing it. I see the same thing in the idle adjust setting.
Is the analog output hooked up to something? Odd data in there too.
As an aside, if you are able to remove that Walbro 250 fuel pump, do so. You should be running the stock fuel pump.

The EMU has an analog input wire (pin 31) an analog output (37) and a map to correlate the two. I am seeing a lot of odd-looking data entered into maps that are normally now used (and this is one of them) which makes me curious as to where this data came from- whether you entered it, copied a map from someone else, or is there is possibly some corrupt data.
Also, what versions of the software are you using?
The fact that the IGN ADJ in the log is showing 0 puzzles me, since there was an adjustment value entered into the map. Just as puzzling however is that even with that being the case, the data in the log looks reasonable to me, in terms of AFM, INJ, etc.
One think I'm not seeing is an absolute ignition reading in the map. Are the CAS wires connected to your EMU?
I cut off the stock connectors. So it isn't easy. Did mount a FSE afpr. My car has fuel returnline.
You're using both an AFPR and 550cc injectors? Good God, that's a lot of fuel.

Well I found something. I changed the parameters the I/J size from before 280 and after 550 cc to before 280 and after 300 cc. Than I made a new map leaning out the new settings. Now I can start hot and cold. Only when going from full/half throttle to idlle it chokes a bit. (rich) so I have to compensate these settings I guess?
And Joe, I use the afpr tp maintain stock fuel pressure better than the original fpr. Because it was running way rich. This afpr is much more stable with the Walbro 255 lph.
