Questions on my approach to tuning EMB

I've been running a powercard/msd setup on my m62, but I just installed an Emanage blue and I'm trying to put together a game plan on tuning. Here's my theory:

I bypassed the supercharger to get an NA baseline and datalogged the airflow meter incoming voltage and injector duty cycle at .5, .75, and full throttle. THis should give me a good idea of what the stock curves look like.

I then wired my powercard in sequence with the emanage and brought the supercharger back into the loop. I datalogged the same stuff, only this time I'm thinking the emanage is going to read the voltage numbers as the stock curve PLUS what the powercard is adding. The emanage doesn't know any better - it's zeroed out right now so it's just looking at what it thinks the stock computer is doing.

I should be able to compare the stock fuel curve to the PC fuel curve then go into the injector table and make a map so that the EMB will mimmick the curve of the powercard. Then I can take the powercard out and go to the dyno with a decent fuel curve to start with.

Is there anything wrong with this approach? After doing the datalog runs it's clear my car's 02 sensor is trying to pull fuel back out on tip in - so I need a clamp. But i noticed the fuel curves while datalogging the pc are really spastic... I can get a feel for the basic curve, but it's vasilating up and down whenever in boost. Is this indicative of the powercard's curve, or might I be getting interference between the PC and EMB?
