1995 miata turbo e manage ultimate connection isue

hi I was wondering if anyone is running e manage ultimate on 95 Miata 1.8 and is it having any issues connecting to it I just cant establish connection between laptop and e manage on mine .
any ideas ???

I dont know if this goes for the EMU. But my EMB refused to connect unless I changed the windows language to american english.
I assume you've already tried to change between the ports in the software.
