Feeding wideband into an EMB
Hello all,
I've been resisting the idea of spending hundreds of dollars more on a wideband O2 sensor, but I think I'm going to relent and get this:
eBay Motors: Innovate LC1 Wideband w DB Gauge Kit LC-1 Red BLUE o2 (item 150332287139 end time Mar-23-09 13:42:43 PDT)
My question is how do get the Emanage support tool to log it. I understand that to connect it, you feed it to the Airflow input #2 (the yellow wire on the EMB harness). Will the Support tool log it, or is there something else (I've heard something about the "Emanage Tool"....not the same as the Support tool".
Is this sensor good enough? How do I map?
Thanks
Tony

You will have to use another piece of software called "emanage alpha tools" to datalog the wb by using the MAF2 input...you can find it easily if you google it..
(you need to be sure to ground the emanage at the same point as your wb sensor in order to have consistent readings between the gauge and the alpha tools program....I have grounded my wb in a different spot and there is a 0.2 units difference between the readings...)
