Problem after emanage blue installation
Placing a EMB in a MK1, 1.6, '96 Euro Spec (those that produced 90 hp), NA at the present moment, with Boomslang custom the car behaves as if has a rev limiter in 2500 r.p.m.. After checking the wiring of Boomslang, we changed the connection for the RPM to the emanage taking signal from the diagnostic through the space of motor (yellow-blue cable), all other connections appear to be correct. Connecting with the Laptop all seem to be correct. Emanage is set in the 3-a-C it has firmware 1.49, jumpers as manual says for engines without VTEC, chart null.
Rev limiter at 2500 rpm. We again changed in 3-A-0 again cutter at the 2500. Apart from this the motor is idles stable as a rock. I swap the emanage with another, again the ame problem. Mine emanage in a friends of mine car, revs normaly. I then removed emanage from Boomslang and spanning in the emanage ignition harness, on Boomslang, the three cables that are cut (2 Ignition and one for the O2) the motor works back normaly revs physiologically (emanage off the boomslang). This was made in order to check Boomslang.
I have set the jumpers JP1 & JP2 (ignition in and out) according to the manual in 1-2 position.
1. Some say that probably i should set them in 2-3 position because this motor ECU works in pullup at 12 V.. ????
2. Is the setting of the switch correct at 3-A-C or I should turn it back at 3-A-0?
If I change JP1 and JP2 in 2-3 position is there a chance of blow out the ignitors or the ECU itself ????
Has anyone face the same problem? Any ideas are appreciated.

Does your car have an AFM or MAF? 3AO should be for the MAF, 3AC for AFM. The voltages go in reverse of each other based on airflow.
There is a boomslang wire that will feed the TPS signal to the Emangae. Try disconnecting it.
There should be no O2 wire cut unless you are using my "Autotune" unit.

I think that my car as a 1.6 liter has AFM. So I will go for the 3AC.
According to my Boomslang the Green and the White wire from the main connector of emanage, goes to 2O pin of the ECU side (green) and 2O of the sensor side (white). According to the schematic of the ECU that I have, 2O is the pin that is related with "Volume air flow sensor".
Is that correct ? And if not where should I connect them ?
I am not use your Autotune unit but maybe I will if I manage to deal with that blue machine !!!

2O would be more correct than O2(oxygen sensor) You are reading it correctly for an early 1.6 ECU.
However, you might want to tell us the part number from the ECU since it is much later than 1993 when the last of the 1.6's were brought into the states. They may be working with newer controls on just a smaller displacement motor in Europe.
The AFM would be a very bulky thing with a flapper door to measure airflow. The MAF would be a short chunk of tube with a sensor, but no moving parts.
