ECU pulling ignition under boost

Hello, everyone!
I have a 92 turbo that has been running fine up until the last hillclimb I ran in.
It started acting like it had a small boost leak, which it did. I pulled the intake and fixed the boost leaks and put it back together and it ran fine.
Then, once it gets warm, it starts acting like it's overheating and starts cutting the ignition.
It isn't overheating and I have replaced the temp sensor for the ECU.
When it starts cutting out, if you flip the key off and right back on, it starts running fine under boost... for a few more minutes.
I've pulled my hair out! Any ideas, suggestions and/or expertise will be greatly appreciated!

When the ECU is "cutting the ignition":
a) go to the AT LIM screen and tell us the value shown in parenthesis.
b) go to the TEMP LIM screen and tell us the value shown in parenthesis.

Will do.

At startup, ATLIM (14°) 40
At ignition cut, ATLIM (100°) 40
TEMP. LIM has a fixed value of 106°C and doesn't have parentheses.

That means my intake air temp sensor is bad?

Either the temp sensor is bad or the wiring from the temp sensor has an issue. Check the wires for breaks or shorts. Check the ground connection on the black wire to make sure its good and clean.
