3D printed flex fuel sensor bracket
Hey folks. To start learning how to create my own 3D printed designs I modified a flex fuel sensor bracket to bolt up to a convenient spot in my engine bay. Since I didn't have a wiper fluid reservoir anymore, there were two M6 bolt holes in about the right spot for the sensor. The sensor just clips in and seems pretty secure. I may throw a zip tie around the whole thing as insurance. At least it's better than my previous setup that was just zip ties.

I uploaded the .step file to Thingiverse so hopefully it's easier for other folks to modify in the future. Enjoy! Thingiverse Link (.stl & .step) |
Which material did you print with that can withstand engine bay heat?

Im guessing PETG
Some kind of impregnated nylon would be good too |
