Can I keep muffler?

First time posting...Can I keep a muffler after turboing, or would it be too restrictive? 1.8 running the Megan racing kit. I have a jackson racing cat-back and was hoping to not be straight piped. Any advice? Going to be running megasquirt if that makes a difference.

No, you can't. Everyone who has a turbo is straight piped.

No way bro, the guy at autozone said the muffler bearing he sold me was brand new greasless technology that doesn't go out as often as they use to
