Ignition Lock Harness Swap

Ignition Lock Harness Swap
I have a 1990 ignition lock and a complete 1994 1.8 Harness with the stock 1.8 ecu in the Car.
The Ignition lock from the 1.8 Car was broken,so it was not expanded.
If i remember right both Cars hadn't an Immobilizer ,but i'm not sure....
If so are these Parts compatible or are they differently wired ?

Google says the Ignition Locks should be identical without immobilizer ...
The next Problem is the Harness behind the Dashboard :
The Cluster isn't working at the Moment and the Car won't start
I've measured voltage at several Points:
Battery to Main -Ok
Ignition Lock -Ok
Fuel Pump-Nothing
Starter -Nothing
The Dashboard including Wiring is from a 1993 1.6 all the Rest from a 1.8 and 2 connectors won't fit (the 2 for the Cluster) .
The single Connector(10wires) comes from the Main Harness the other two (4 and 2 Wires)from the Dashboard.
Could you start a 1.8 Na Miata without a Cluster ?
On a early 1.6 it works but i have no Clue about the later Versions.....
Is there a coherence between the Cluster and the Problems with fuel and starter?
