Cleaning up fuel/Ignition tables

Im looking for some input on my fuel and ignition tables. Car is a 1990 na with a 2001 1.8 and an mkturbo kit, I have been self tuning the car for a bit now at 15 psi and it feels good and pulls very well but the engine is built and i want to push it to 20psi. I have a dyno tuning session booked but am not able to get in for almost a month so im looking for some help.

currently the car pulls very well at part throttle up to about 70% but i dont feel any more "pull" from 70-100.

Ive done a few datalogs and put it through virtual dyno and it confirmed what the butt dyno feels in that right around 4500rpm the car stops making any more power.
Ive tried taking away a degree of timing and adding with no effect.

Ive attached a few datalogs to give a clearer picture

Thank you!

Well i did a few more runs and the engine was flat lining closer to 5200 than 4500 so i decided to change my vics from running through the solenoid to just being connected directly to manifold pressure, i figured that will have the butterflies closed till boost onset. Car pulled much better and pressure went from 19-20psi to 17psi without boost controller adjustments so i believe it is flowing a lot more air than previously. also i noticed in one of the logs boost peaked around 20psi but tapered to 15. Now it is peaking 17 and holding that.

Hopefully someone will have some input on the ignition map as i havent spent any time tuning that besides the initial set up

I just use the "tuner" ignition map from DIY. its pretty good. I wouldnt go just randomly messing with timing though. Thats a job to do on a dyno.
