Could use help with spark setting in tune, noob got in deep LOL
I have a 1993 1.6 Turbo car that I dont know a lot about as I bought it as a non running car and this is my first none stock turbo car and first stand a lone ECU car so this noob is not getting aware fast on getting it on the road. I did get the car to idle and move. Got in a bit deeper than planned always wanted a miata but planed to go the route of stock miata, then stand alone then turbo but things happened, and I ended up with a non-running project. It came with the SpeedyEFI PNP already installed so I use TunerStudio. I have a question about a setting in the timing of the tune, What does the spark output trigger need to be set at? Going Low or Going High? In my tune it was set at Going Low but I have not found a answer but have ran across pics and pause in videos and Ive seen this setting set to Going High.

Going low is correct.
If you have further questions and need help, just upload your tune and logs. I would start with a fresh base map, who knows what the other noob did to it... |
